circuits@nys was a series of statewide projects — including workshops, publications, Web resources, and grants — to advance the use and understanding of new technology and the digital arts held in 1998. An initiative of the New York State Council on the Arts, in partnership with the New York Foundation for the Arts, circuits@nys originated with the 1998 Governor’s Conference on Arts & Technology.
For access to the papers and art works presented at the conference, go to the circuits@nys archive.
